Subsidiaries sell 2.93% in Gazprom, free-float to grow to 46.02%
MOSCOW, Jul 26 (PRIME) -- Two subsidiaries of Russian gas giant Gazprom have finished the sale of 2.93% in the parent company at 200.5 rubles per share, the company’s free-float will grow to 46.02%, Gazprom said in a statement on Friday.
“The sold shares account for 2.93% of voting shares in Gazprom. After the conclusion of the placement, the amount of Gazprom’s shares in free float will increase to 46.02% of the charter capital as per the issuer’s estimate,” the statement read.
On Thursday, Gazprom said that Gazprom Gerosgaz Holdings BV and Rosingaz Limited, registered in the Netherlands and Cyprus, respectively, were collecting bids for 693.6 million shares of the parent company on the Moscow Exchange.
